The Prolux day-to-day management in New Zealand is overseen by John Tiongco. Prolux distributes a variety of products including both textured soy proteins, fibres, carrageenans, antioxidants. We have a joint venture partnership that manufactures our soy protein isolates and concentrates and is accredited to the internationally recognised FSSC 22000 Food Safety System.
